2009 for Crystal Learning meant entering in to new ares of training and development prompted by the economic climate. We have spent time on government funded leadership and management NVQ's. Where we offer training, assessment and coaching and support for candidates gaining the qualification. Also, we supported a London College to prepare their portfolio for ILM Centre status which was very successful and they are now offering a range of ILM qualifications.
