The summer has been an opportunity to sit back and look at how we have been delivering learning & development to our clients and how we want to deliver in the future. What I have noticed is that for most organisations we work with, learning & development is very much part of their culture. And through networking and meeting people, I’ve become aware that for some organisations this is not so. What we want to do over the coming year and beyond is to make learning & development accessible to all or more importantly the benefits of learning & development accessible to all.
So how do we intend doing this?
Public Workshops
Well in conjunction with a number of our Associates we are going to offer public workshops in a range of topics. These will be delivered as short sharp sessions and will be open to everyone. If you want to know more then contact me and watch this space for regular up-dates about what’s coming up.
New Product Launch
Another way of increasing accessibility to learning & development is through creating products that will be available to all. During the next few months we are launching a new product for people and organisations that are experiencing change. This product is aimed at those that want to make change happen and make it stick. From our experience the best way to do this is through a holistic and joined up approach that allows both people and processes to adjust in tandem with each other. It will offer a specific group of services that have been selected and packaged to meet the needs of a particular group or organisation. To enable Crystal Learning to provide a broad range of services within this product we are working alongside process improvement consultants at Process Chain. Come back to find out more as we move towards the launch and contact us if you are interested in how it might work for you.
